32例法洛四联症术后并发症如低心排血综合症等监护策略探讨

Monitoring strategy for postoperative complications of tetralogy of Fallot including low cardiac output syndrome: an analysis of 32 cases

目的研究分析加强法洛四联症术后并发症如低心排血综合症等监护的有效策略。方法本次研究中共入选研究对象32例,均为在本院进行法洛四联症根治术治疗的患者,根据患者治疗期间接受的不同监护方案,将32例患者分为两组,对照组患者16例,临床期间接受常规监护观察,观察组16例,临床期间加强综合监护。结果经临床观察比较,观察组中无低心排血综合症发生,对照组中低心排血综合症的发生率共2例,在并发症中观察组2例,为87.5%,对照组并发症为6例,为62.5%,观察组明显优于对照组,两组比较差异明显,具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论加强法洛四联症术后低心排血综合症患者的监护可有效的降低患者并发症的发生几率,提高护理满意度,值得临床重视和推广。

Objective To study the effective strategy for strengthening the monitoring of postoperative complications of tetralogy of Fallot including low cardiac output syndrome. Methods Thirty-two patients who underwent radical surgery for tetralogy of Fallot in our hospital were included in the study. These patients were divided into control group（n=16） and observation group（n=16）. The control group was monitored conventionally during clinical treatment,while the observation group was given strengthened comprehensive monitoring. Results No low cardiac output syndrome occurred in the observation group, while two cases of low cardiac output syndrome occurred in the control group. Two cases（12.5%） developed complications in the observation group, versus 6 cases（37.5%） in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The incidence of complications is reduced and the satisfaction with nursing is improved among patients with tetralogy of Fallot who are given strengthened postoperative monitoring of low cardiac output syndrome.
