With the rapid development of Chinese economy, enterprises are trying to the pursuit of economic interests, but neglected to fulfill their social responsibilities. Through the analysis of the current situation China fulfill the social responsibility of the enterprise, the analysis of the causes of the lack of social responsibility, and learn the successful case of developed countries to fulfill corporate social responsibility, combined with Chinese own situation, put forward the related countermeasures to push Chinese corporate social responsibility.
