大豆根瘤菌应用与氮肥施用技术研究

摘要 [目的]研究根瘤菌在大豆生长发育中对大豆氮素营养的作用。[方法]以铁丰31号大豆为试验品种,采用不同的氮肥施用方式和接种根瘤菌进行试验。[结果]结果表明,在接种根瘤菌加氮肥花期追施(施纯氮量:20.25 kg/hm2)情况下,铁丰31号的单株有效荚数、单株粒重、单株粒数以及产量高于其他4种处理的结果。[结论]大豆生产过程中在接种根瘤菌的同时,开花期追施氮肥可以提高大豆产量。 [Objective]The aim was to make clear the function of rhizobium during the period of the soybean growth. [Method] Taking Tiefeng 31 as test variety, a experiment with different nitrogen fertilization and rhizobium was conducted. [Result] The results showed that under the condition of inoculating rhizobium and using nitrogen in flowering phase (nitrogen content 20.25 kg/hm^62),the effective pod numbers, grain weight per plant and grain number per plan and yield of Tiefeng 31 were higher than other four methods. [Conclusion] Nitrogen fertilizer during flowering period could increase soybean yields. At the same time, inoculating rhizobium in soybean production process.
