摘要
目的检测原发性高血压患者血浆同型半胱氨酸水平,并讨论其与年龄、性别以及靶器官损害等因素之间的关系。方法选取本院2013年3—12月诊断并收治的原发性高血压患者150例作为观察组,按年龄分为45~60岁、61~75岁、76~85岁3个亚组,并比较单纯性高血压和高血压伴靶器官损害患者血浆同型半胱氨酸水平,选取同时期无高血压患者65例作为对照组。检测两组患者血浆同型半胱氨酸水平,并进行比较。结果观察组高同型半胱氨酸血症患者所占比例高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。观察组患者中,高血压伴靶器官损害患者同型半胱氨酸水平高于单纯高血压患者,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);不同年龄组比较,随着年龄的增加,血浆同型半胱氨酸水平升高,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);男性患者血浆同型半胱氨酸水平高于女性患者,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论原发性高血压与同型半胱氨酸水平升高密切相关,年龄越高同型半胱氨酸水平越高,男性患者高于女性患者,伴靶器官损害患者血浆同型半胱氨酸水平明显升高。检测高血压患者同型半胱氨酸水平对高血压的临床诊断和预防具有重要意义。
Objective To detect the plasma homocysteine level of patients with essential hypertension,and discuss its correlations with age,gender and target organ damage. Methods A total of 150 patients with essential hypertension diagnosed and treated in our hospital from March to December 2013 were selected as observation group,and they were divided into45- 60,61- 75,76- 85 years old subgroups,and plasma homocysteine level between simple hypertension patients and hypertension complicated with target organ damage patients were compared. A total of 65 patients without hypertension were selected as control group,and plasma homocysteine level between the two groups were detected and compared. Results The proportion of hyperhomocysteinemia of observation group was higher than that of control group,the differences was statistically significant( P〈0. 05). In observation group,plasma homocysteine level of hypertension complicated with target organ damage patients was higher than that of simple hypertension patients,the difference was statistically significant( P〈0. 05). The plasma homocysteine level increased with age in the three subgroups,the differences was statistically significant( P〈0. 05). The plasma homocysteine level of male patients was higher than that of female patients,the differences was statistically significant( P〈0. 05). Conclusion Essential hypertension is closely related to the elevated plasma homocysteine level,the plasma homocysteine level increases with age,and that in male patients is higher than female patients,is significantly higher in patients with target organ damage than simple hypertension patients. Detection of plasma homocysteine level is important to diagnosis and prevention to hypertension.
