新中药烧伤膏湿润疗法治疗烧伤的临床观察

Clinical Observation of New Traditional Chinese Medicine Burn Cream Moist Therapy in the Treatment of Burn

目的探究新中药烧伤膏湿润疗法治疗烧伤的临床效果。方法选取2009年10月—2013年10月我院收治的烧伤患者48例,随机分为观察组与对照组,各24例。对照组患者给予京万红膏治疗,观察组患者给予新中药烧伤膏湿润疗法。观察两组患者治疗效果及创面愈合情况。结果治疗后,观察组患者治愈率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗6d、12d、18d,观察组患者创口愈合率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新中药烧伤膏湿润疗法能有效提高烧伤患者的治疗效果,促进患者创口的愈合,减轻患者的痛苦。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of new traditional Chinese medicine burn cream moist therapy in the treatment of burn. Methods A total of 48 burn patients admitted to our hospital from October 2009 to October 2013 were selected,and then they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,24 cases in each. Control group was treated with Jingwanhong cream,while observation group was treated with new traditional Chinese medicine burn cream moist therapy. Wound healing and clinical effect between the two groups were compared. Results The cure rate of observation group was higher than that of control group after treatment,the difference was statistically significantly different（ P〈0. 05）; the wound healing rates after treatment of 6 d,12 d,18 d of observation group were higher than those of control group,the differences were statistically significantly different（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion New traditional Chinese medicine burn cream moist therapy can effectively improve the effect of burn,promote the healing of wounds,relieve patients＇ pain.
