抗菌药物不合理处方分析

Analysis of unreasonable prescriptions of antibiotics

目的了解该院门急诊抗菌药物不合理使用情况,促进抗菌药物的合理应用。方法随机抽取该院2011年7月-2012年7月的门、急诊处方42 915张,根据临床药理学知识及文献资料,对含抗菌药物的处方进行逐一审查,并对不合理的抗菌药物处方进行统计分析。结果抗菌药物处方19 830张,其中不合理处方1392张,分别在给药方案、溶媒使用、联合用药等方面存在问题。结论应重视抗菌药物不合理使用的问题,提高抗菌药物治疗水平,减少细菌耐药性和不良反应的产生。

Objective To fing out unreasonable application of antibiotics and promote the standard of application of antibiotics. Methods Randomly selected 42 915 prescriptions from 2011 July to 2012 July. According to clinical pharmacology knowledge and literature,reviewed prescription containing antibacterial drugs,and statistically analyzed the irrational prescribing of ntimicrobial drugs. Results There were 1392 prescriptions from examined 19 830 prescriptions with antibiotics,showing questions from the ways of drugs dispensed,solvent used and jointly applied mainly. Conclusion To lay stress on unreasonable application of antibiotics and promote the medical standard of antibiotics and reduce endurance and adverse reactions of antibiotics.
