玻璃酸钠联合低强度脉冲超声治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨玻璃酸钠联合低强度脉冲超声治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法将103例膝关节患者随机分为A组35例、B组34例和C组34例。A组患者给予玻璃酸钠联合低强度脉冲超声治疗,B组仅给予玻璃酸钠治疗,C组仅给予低强度脉冲超声治疗,治疗5周后分别评价各组患者治疗前后患膝疼痛程度及临床功能状态,并于治疗前后抽取患者关节滑液,检测IL-β水平。结果治疗后3组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、膝关节评分及IL-β水平均低于治疗前,且A组降低幅度大于B、C组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组与C组降低幅度相近,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论玻璃酸钠联合低强度脉冲超声治疗关节炎具有良好的临床疗效。
