结直肠癌造口患者住院期间家属真实体验的质性研究

Experience of family members in hospitalized colostomy patients with colorectal cancer: a qualitative research

目的:了解结直肠癌造口患者住院期间家属的真实体验,为进一步完善造口患者家属心理护理提供依据。方法:运用现象学研究方法,深入访谈12例结直肠癌造口患者住院期间家属的真实体验,使用Colaizzi的分析程序进行分析,提炼主题。结果:结直肠癌造口患者家属的真实体验主要包括6个主题:心理压力大、家庭角色转变、经济负担重、家庭尊严受损、信息需求增加和对未来生活担忧。结论:护理人员应针对家属的真实内心感受和心理需求,加强心理疏导和沟通交流,从而增强患者的社会支持系统,促进患者早日回归家庭和社会。

Objective： To explore the experience of family members in hospitalized patients with colorectal cancer in order to provide high quality psychological nursing for them. Methods： A qualitative descriptive method was used. A purposive sample of 12 family members were interviewed in depth, themes were created by using Colaizzi＇s analysis process. Results： Six themes explicated from the study were：high psychological pressure, family roles shift, economic burden, the damaged family dignity, increased information needs and worry about the future life. Conclusion： The findings of this study indicate that it is necessary for nurses to offer the colostomy patients ＇ family members services that address their psychosocial health and to strengthen the patients ＇ social support.
