The reporting intention were influenced by nurse age, working experience, punitive culture and report significance(P〈0.05). Conclusion: The larger adverse events, the reporting intention of nurses is stronger, and the most common way of reporting is to report to higher authorities. Elder and practised nurses are apt to report adverse events. Moreover, the reporting intention can also be influenced by the punitive culture and nurses' perceptibility. Therefore, it's better to enhance nurses' perceptibility of non-punitive culture and make more people know the significance of reporting adverse events.
