摘要
首次提出"断层活化突水"的水文概念,分析了断层活化突水模式,丰富了矿井突水理论,并在新桥矿实施了针对性的底板注浆改造,构筑了安全、可靠、有效的安全隔水层,在断层落差较大地段提供了行之有效的防范断层活化突水的技术方法。为防范断层活化突水提供了防治水工程施工范例。
