摘要
结合目前矿井提升系统所面临的问题,提出基于永磁同步电机的无位置直接转矩控制策略,对于同步电机位置信号采用滑模位置估算方式,采用直接转矩控制策略直接面向转矩控制,提升矿井提升机的经济效益和牵引动力性。最后通过仿真软件Matlab/Simulink,验证了其仿真的可行性。
Combined with the problems for mine hoist system, the author propose using sensorless and direct drive control stagey, which based on PMSM. Use slide model for evaluating PMSM rotor position,and use direct drive control method to control torque. The system of mine hoist economy and torque performance is increased. Finally, the principle is realized by Matlab/Simulink and the simulation result is validated.
