摘要 平煤股份二矿煤楼储装运系统建于2000年末。由于受当时技术水平及各种条件的局限,这些设备的电机全部采用断路器+接触器+热继电器的直接启动方式,带式输送机几乎没有状态检测元件,后来煤楼储装运系统改造后,采用PLC控制,提高了系统的稳定性,确保了储装运系统的安全高效畅通。煤楼储装运系统自动化建设的应用具有可靠性高,经济效益明显,对于业内及业外有极大的推广及借鉴意义。继二矿成功投运煤楼储装运系统后,平煤一矿和六矿相继安装投运,系统运行良好。 the storage and shipping system in Pingdingshan Coal Co. two coal mine building was built in the late 2000. Due to the technical level and various limitations, these devices all motor by direct start circuit breaker and contactor, thermal relay, belt machine almost no state detection element, then reconstructing the shipment of coal floor system, using PLC control, improved system stability, ensure the storage and shipment system security efficient and smooth. Application of automatic construction of coal storage shipment system building has the advantages of high reliability, obvious economic benefits,promotion and reference meaning great for internal and external. Following the successful operation of reservoir shipping system two mine coal floor, flat coal mine, six mine have been installed and put into operation, the system runs well.
