摘要
在分析矿用异步电机数学模型和直接转矩控制算法基础上,设计基于DSP的矿用异步电机直接转矩控制算法硬件电路和软件程序,包括功率驱动电路、电压检测电路和电流检测电路,并编写相关的软件程序。在现有矿用三相异步电机基础上,搭建试验电路对所设计的控制系统进行验证。通过实验结果可得:基于DSP的电机直接转矩控制系统能够对矿用异步电机进行可靠控制,系统具有稳定性好、鲁棒性强和控制精度高等特点。
Based on the analysis of direct torque control algorithm and mining asynchronous motor mathematical model, direct torque control algorithm hardware circuit and software program of mining asynchronous motor were designed on the basis of DSP, including power driving circuit, voltage detecting circuit and current detecting circuit, and relevant software programs were written. Based on the mining three-phase asynchronous motor, testing circuit was built in order to validate control system designed. Experimental results show that motor direct torque based on DSP can realize the reliable control mining on asynchronous motor. The system has advantages of such as good stability, strong robustness and high control precision.
