摘要
在分析永磁无刷直流电机数学模型和模糊控制算法基础上,在MATLAB软件上搭建矿用永磁无刷直流电机控制系统仿真模型,包括矿用无刷直流电机、模糊PID控制器和相模块等。采用数字式双闭环控制,内环为电流环,采用PI控制,外环为速度环,采用模糊PID控制器。设置仿真参数和电机额定转速,对控制系统进行仿真分析。结果表明;所设计的控制系统响应速度快、稳定性好,可见模糊PID控制算法是矿用永磁无刷直流电机控制系统控制策略的理想选择。
Based on the analysis of permanent magnet brushless DC motor mathematical model and fuzzy control algorithm, the permanent magnet brushless DC motor control system simulation models were built using MATLAB, including brushless DC motor, fuzzy PID controller and a phase module.Digital dual loop control was applied. PI control was used in the inner current loop, and fuzzy PID controller was used in the outer ring of the speed loop. Simulation parameters and motor rated speed were set, and the control system simulation was achieved. The results show that the designed control system possesses rapid response speed, good stability. Fuzzy PID control algorithm is ideal for system control strategy of mining permanent magnet brushless DC motor control.
