Design of Boring Machine's Loading Mechanism

掘进机装载机构的性能好坏对装载效率、机械使用寿命有较大影响。针对目前装载机构在结构复杂、故障率高、元件要求高等方面的问题,提出低速大扭矩马达与星轮结合使用的新型装载机构。对液压系统和星轮尺寸、转速以及装载功率等具体参数进行设计,帮助提升对装载机构的了解和认识。

The loading mechanism＇s performance has a great impact on the loading efficiency and mechanical life. Aiming at the problems loading mechanism has in the complex structure, high failure rate and higher component requires, proposes using low speed high torque motor combined and a new star wheel to combine loading mechanism. Then we specifically design the hydraulic system, the star wheel size, speed, load power and other parameters, to help enhance the understanding and knowledge of the loading mechanism.
