摘要
重介质选煤是一种先进的选煤方法,具有高效、分选精度高、入选粒度范围大、易于实现自动化等优点,在国内外得到了广泛应用。在重介质选煤中,合格介质桶的悬浮液密度和介质桶液位是保证精煤质量的重要工艺参数。结合鲁能集团菏泽煤电郭屯煤矿选煤厂现场的工艺流程,构建了控制系统的数学模型,采用模糊控制方法,对密度和液位进行控制,使密度和液位控制在工业生产所需的合理范围。
Dense medium coal preparation process is a more advanced coal preparation technology, and has many advantages relative to coal jigging; It has higher separating accuracy, wider range of mill feed particle size, higher efficiency, realizes automation easier and so on. So it has been widely spread. In dense medium coal preparation process,qualified media barrel suspension density and medium barrel level are important to ensure that coal quality parameters. Considering the situation of the Coal Preparation Plant, constructs a mathematical model of the control system and uses the fuzzy control method to control the density and level, so that density and level can be controlled in a reasonable range of industrial needs.
