摘要
根据我国动力煤能源结构分布明确动力煤洗选的发展方向,从动力煤市场发展需求、大型动力煤选煤厂产品定位和动力煤脱粉入选在节约运力、节省洗选能力、提高块煤入选比例、减少因水分影响提高煤炭发热量带来的经济效益等方面的优势来阐述动力煤选前脱粉分级的必要性,同时提出传统脱粉过程遇到的问题及对筛分分级技术的探索,以期从根本上解决筛分堵塞问题,推动动力煤分选的发展。
According to China's energy structure distribution of power coal. Indicates the development direction of power coal washings and illustrates the necessity of steam coal pre-election off powder grading from the market development needs of steam coal, product positioning of large thermal coal and the advantages of powder coal preparation without powdered coal in saving transport capacity, saving washing capacity for increasing proportion of lump coal to be washed, improving the economic benefits by reducing the influence of moisture to coal calorific value and so on. Puts forward the problem in the traditional process of fines removal and explores the technology of sieving and classification expecting to solve the congestion problem in screeningtcongestion fundamentally and promote the development of power coal separation.
