摘要 为适应社会对职业人才的要求和职业教育本身的巨大变化,满足市场的人才需求,加强高职学生职业能力的培养,从职业能力的内涵出发,分析了高职学生职业能力培养的途径,阐述了基于专业核心课程实现对高职学生职业能力培养的重要意义。并以计算机信息管理专业的专业核心课程信息系统项目管理为例分别从教学内容设计、教学组织设计、教学评价、教学实施保证四个方面对学生职业能力的培养进行探索和实践,收到了良好的效果。 In order to meet the social demand for professional talents and the great changes in the vocational education itself, meet the demand of the market, strengthen the cultivation of higher vocational students' vocational ability, starting from the connotation of vocational ability, it analyzes the way of higher vocational students' vocational ability training, expounds the significance of higher vocational students' vocational ability training based on core curriculum. Taking the core course of computer information management major-information system project management as an example, it explores and practices in cultivating students' vocational ability respectively from the teaching content design, teaching organization design, teaching evaluation, teaching implementation guarantee four aspects, and has received the good effect.
