The research studied Microbial Engineering teaching by setting Teaching Methods as the single parameter and testing as the evaluation tool .The average fatigue time and students＇average performance in testing were set as the evaluation criterion .By objectively studying the effects of various teaching meth-ods on Microbial Engineering teaching ,the research is potentially helpful in scientifically designing Micro-bial Engineering teaching .
