摘要
在超临界CO2管道输送参数的选取过程中,能耗及经济性是重要的参照标准。通过对输送过程进行模拟,计算由流体温降和压降所产生的能耗及成本,得到了各参数对输送过程经济性的影响规律:每输送一吨超临界CO2的成本随输送距离先逐渐增加后基本保持不变,长距离、低温高压输送是比较经济的输送方式。输送条件都确定的管道要尽量使其运行在相对最经济流量值附近,流量过大或过小都会造成输送成本的增加。总传热系数对输送成本的影响不是很大,在保温与不保温情况下都有比较经济的总传热系数值。
In the process of conveying parameters selection , energy consumption and economy were very important reference standards.The transportation was simulated , the energy consumption of temperature drop and pressure drop was calculated and the influence of various parameters on the economy was obtained.Within a certain distance , the cost of a ton of supercritical CO 2 was gradually increased , and then it remains unchanged.The way of long distance , low temperature and high pressure conveying was economical.Trying to let the pipeline of all transport conditions determined running at the most economic flow , or the cost would increase.The influence of the total heat transfer coefficient on economy was small and there was an economic total heat transfer coefficient under no matter heat preservation or not .
