从工程教育的特点看地方高校应用型卓越工程师的能力培养 被引量:3

摘要 我国高等工程教育当前存在重理论、轻实践,重校内培养、轻企业实训,重技术传授、轻伦理教育,缺乏创新能力培养的"三重三轻一缺乏"现象,导致培养的人才缺乏创新思维不足,动手能力不强、解决不了工程实际问题,这类问题在地方高校尤为突出。本文从工程教育的特点出发,就地方高校卓越工程师能力培养的实践性、符合性、伦理性、创新性、创业性与全球性等方面进行了阐述,为解决地方高校应用型卓越工程师人才培养过程中存在的问题提供解决思路。 There were many other problems existing in our high education besides relative low innovation ability , such as neglected in practical training and emphasized on theoretical education , neglected in factory training and emphasized on campus training and ethics education and emphasized on technology importation .These led to the cultivated talents had no obvious innovative ability , no strong operational ability and could not solve the practical problems in manufacture , and seriously in the local university and college.Some detailed ability demands for cultivating the outstanding engineers were presented , such as practical, fitness, ethicality, innovation, vocation and global knowledge acquirement.It could give some advices and proposals for solving the above problems puzzled the provincial and local university and colleges.
