校企联合培养应用型工科人才的探索

Exploration on University-Enterprise Joint Cultivation Practice-Oriented Engineering Talents

根据信管与信息系统专业特点,分析该专业传统培养模式存在实验室陈旧、教师知识结构单一陈旧等问题,提出校企联合培养应用型工科人才的改革,改革内容包括校企共建实验室、企业进校园、"双师型"教师建设、引进企业工程人员到高校教师队伍、校企共同制定人才培养方案。以广医大信管专业建设为例子,强调校企多方面的深度合作,是培养受市场和企业欢迎的工科人才的关键。

According to specialty of information management and the information systems ,analyses the existing problem of tradition education mode, such as teachers＇ single and old knowledge structure. Proposes the reformation of university-enterprise joint training practice-oriented talents. Reformation includes school and enterprise co-constructing laboratory, enterprises into the campus, ＂double type＂ teachers＇ construction, the introduction of enterprise engineers to college teachers, university-enterprise joint making talent training program. With the example of specialty construction of Information Management System in Guangzhou Medical University, shows that various depth cooperation between colleges and enterprise is the key point to develop engineering talents appreciated by the market and enterprises.
