摘要
农村警务战略的推行现已取得了阶段性的成效,但同时也存在诸多问题,警务运行效能与预期目标比尚有不小的差距。提升农村警务运行效能的路径选择是因地制宜,科学设置警务室;讲求实效,完善警务工作职能;健全考核机制,调动警务室民警的工作热情;整合资源,加强警力配备;夯实警务运行机制,健全警务室工作规章制度。
Ahhough the implementation of rural policing strategy has now achieved periodical rest,Its, some problems and gaps between the efficiency of policing operation and expectations still exist. The approaches to enhancing the operational efficiency of rural policing service include scientifically setting police offices according to local conditions. pragmatically improving policing functions, estahlishing sound evaluation mechanisms to mobilize enthusiasm of the police in rural police offices, strengthening police deployment via integration of resources, consolidating police operating mechanisms and improving rules and regulations of police offices.
