摘要
为探讨湖南省成年人BMI分布特征,对湖南省2010年国民体质监测的88103名受试者的BMI数据进行分析。结果:成年人(20-69岁)超重发生率为29.2%,肥胖发生率为6.5%。结论:湖南省的肥胖问题日益严峻。分布特征上表现为女性的整体肥胖比例低于男性,年轻人的肥胖比例低于中老年人,农村的肥胖比例低于城镇。超重和肥胖问题已成为湖南省体质和健康部门值得深入探讨的重大课题。
In order to investigate the Body Mass Index （ BMI } distribution characteristics of adults, BMI data of 88103 subjects of Hunan Province during the National Physique Monitoring （2010 ） were analyzed. The results showed that adults （20 -69 years old） overweight rate is 29. 2%, obesity rate is 6. 5%. Conclusion： obesity is becoming a serious problem, he paper also find that the women＇s overall obesity rates are lower than men＇s, young people＇s are lower than elder＇s, and rural people lower than urban. Overweight and obesity has become a major issue in Hunan Province.
