丹参三七药对对大鼠酒精损伤后胃及肝脏的保护作用

Protective action of salvia miltiorrhiza and panax notoginseng on ethanol-induced stomach and liver injury in rats

目的研究丹参三七药对对大鼠酒精损伤后胃黏膜及肝脏的保护作用。方法取SD大鼠80只,按体质量随机分为4组,每组20只,空白对照组,模型对照组,高、低2个剂量组(2.4和0.8 g/kg),灌胃给药,每日1次,连续30 d。实验末乙醇灌胃造成大鼠急性酒精损伤模型,游标卡尺测量胃黏膜的损伤面积,试剂盒测定肝组织中丙二醛(MDA)、三酰甘油(TG)、还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量及胃组织中蛋白酶原(PG)、生长抑素(SS)的含量,对胃部及肝脏进行病理检查。结果高剂量大鼠肝脏组织中的MDA及TG含量降低、GSH含量升高,胃黏膜组织中的PG、SS含量升高,与模型对照组相比,差异均有统计学意义。胃及肝组织的病理结果表明,高剂量组大鼠的胃黏膜病变总积分及肝脏病理总分均明显小于模型对照组,且差异有统计学意义。结论丹参三七药对对酒精性肝损伤及胃黏膜损作有一定的保护作用。

【Objective】 To investigate the protective action of salvia miltiorrhiza combined notoginseng on ethanol-induced stomach and liver injury in rats. 【Methods】Eighty SD rats were divided into 4 groups randomly with twenty rats in every group： blank control group, model control group with gastric and hepatic injury group and two experimental groups（extract 2.4, 0.8 g/kg respectively）. Ethanol was given to rats by oral gavage once in order to make the stomach and liver injury model at the end of experiment. Proportion of gastric mucous membrane injury was measured usingthe slide gauge with precision of 0.001 millimeter. The content of MDA and TG and GSH in hepatic tissue and the levels of somatostatin（SS）, pepsinogen（PG） of gastric tissueswere detected by kits accordingly.The pathological changes in hepatic tissue and gastric mucous membrane were determined. 【Results】The contents of MDA and TG of liver tissue were weakened and the content of GSH was increased in the high dose group, and the levels of somatostatin（SS）, pepsinogen（PG） of gastric tissues were increased. Pathological accumulate points of gastric mucosa and liver were decreased in high group, and it showed significant difference compared with the model control group. 【Conclusion】The combination of salvia miltiorrhiza and panax notoginseng has the function of protecting the liver and gastric tissue from ethanol-induced injury.
