摘要
概述福建省甘薯生产和产业发展现状,指出当前甘薯产业化的特点和存在的问题,提出依靠科技进步、加大研发推广投入、完善科技服务体系和培育龙头企业的建议,以保证甘薯产业可持续发展。
Present situation of sweet potato production and industry development in Fujian Province was overviewed, the cur- rent characteristics and the existing problems in sweet potato industrialization were pointed out, countermeasures including re- lying on progress of science and technology, increasing R ＆ D investment, improving the service system of science and tech- nology and cultivation of leading enterprises were proposed in order to ensure the sustainable development of sweet potato in- dustry.
