摘要
研究了常压—加压两段联合浸出红土镍矿的新工艺。结果表明,褐铁矿在温度95℃、反应时间5h、初始矿浆浓度36%、吨矿硫酸用量1.0t的条件下,镍、铁常压浸出率分别为98%和74%;常压浸出后的矿浆与蛇纹石矿浆混合后在温度150℃、反应时间2h、蛇纹石添加量为总矿量35%的条件下进行加压浸出,镍、铁总浸出率分别为93%和1.5%。
A novel two-stage leaching process was proposed to treat nickel laterite ore.The results show that the atmospheric pressure leaching rate of Ni and Fe from limonite is 98% and 74%respectively under the following optimum conditions including reaction temperature of 95 ℃,holding time of 5h,initial slurry concentration of 36%,and sulfuric acid consumption for one tonnage ore of 1.0t.Serpentine slurry is added into primary atmospheric pressure leaching residue as feed of secondary pressure leaching.The overall leaching rate of Ni and Fe is 93% and 1.5% respectively under the optimum conditions of temperature of 150 ℃,reacting time of 2h,and ratio of serpentine to ore of 35%.
