摘要
以110℃低熔点聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)为皮,普通PET为芯,采用皮芯复合纺丝方法生产33.3 dtex/24 f低熔点PET皮芯纤维,探讨了其生产工艺条件。结果表明:皮芯质量比为70∶30,转鼓真空干燥低熔点PET,主干燥温度80℃,时间12 h;普通PET和低熔点PET的螺杆和熔体管道温度分别为280-290℃和210~220℃,纺丝箱体温度280~285℃,拉伸速度3 800-4 000 m/min,后拉伸倍数2.0-2.2,拉伸温度55-70℃,定型温度80-100℃,卷绕张力3.9-4.9 cN,卷绕角度8°-9°;此工艺条件下,可纺性好,产品质量优良,满卷率达92%以上,纤维断裂强度2.0 cN/dtex,断裂伸长率48.01%,条干不匀率1.87%。
A low-melting point sheath-core polyethylene terephthalate (PET) fiber of 33.3 dtex/24 f was produced by using a low-melting point PET with the melting point of 110 ℃ as the sheath and traditional PET as the core via sheath-core composite spinning process. The process conditions were discussed. The results showed that the spinnability was fairly good and the product was of high quality and full-package rate above 92% when the process conditions were optimized as followed : the sheath-core rati- o 70 : 30, rotating vacuum drying drum for low-melting point PET, primary drying temperature 80 ℃ and time 12 h, screw and melt pipeline temperature 280 -290 ℃ and 210 -220 ℃ for traditional PET and low-melting point PET, spinning manifold tem- perature 280 - 285 ℃, drawing temperature 3 800 - 4 000 m/min, after-drawing ratio 2.0 - 2.2, drawing temperature 55 - 70 ℃, setting temperature 80 - 100 ℃, winding tension 3.9 -4.9 cN, winding angle 8° -9° ; and the obtained PET fiber had the breaking strength 2.0 cN/dtex, elongation at break 48.01% and yarn irregularity 1.87%.
