药剂在锌硫分离过程中的竞争吸附机制研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过人工混合矿浮选实验和润湿接触角测试,考察了闪锌矿与磁黄铁矿浮选分离的影响因素,并研究了浮选药剂在矿物表面的吸附机制。结果表明:磁黄铁矿影响闪锌矿的浮选并显著降低浮选锌精矿品位。捕收剂与抑制剂在两种矿物表面发生了竞争吸附:在闪锌矿表面,丁基黄药的吸附能力要强于腐植酸钠;而在磁黄铁矿表面,腐植酸钠的吸附能力要强于丁基黄药。研究结果表明,适宜用量的捕收剂配合抑制剂可以较好地实现锌硫浮选分离。 Factors influencing the flotation separation of sphalerite and pyrrhotite were investigated by flotation tests on artificial mixed mineral and wet contact angle tests, and the adsorption mechanism of reagents onto minerals was also studied. The results show that pyrrhotite brought an impact on the flotation of sphalerite, resulting in a remarkable reduce in the grade of zinc concentration. There exists competitive mechanism between the adsorption of collector and depressant onto both minerals. The adsorption capacity of xanthate on sphalerite was stronger than that of humic acid sodium salt, however the result was reversed for pyrrhotite. It can be concluded that, Zn/S flotation separation can be actualized when a proper dosage of collector and appropriate depressant were introduced.
