摘要
介绍了以粗锑白为原料,用氧化碱性浸出、盐酸浸出、酸碱中和等三道工序制取焦锑酸钠的试验室试验和工业试验情况。以双氧水和氢氧化钠作粗锑白的浸出剂,盐酸为碱浸渣的浸出剂,氢氧化钠为中和剂,脱砷率达到97.92%,脱铅率达到95%以上,锑回收率达到97.96%。该工艺流程短,周期短,添加剂品种少,操作简单,成本较低,经济效益较好,且实现了无三废排放。
With crude antimony trioxide as raw material, bench-scale and pilot-scale tests on preparation of sodium pyroantimonate by a combined process consisting of oxidation-alkaline leaching, hydrochloric acid leaching and acid-base ( neutralization) reaction were presented. With hydrogen peroxide and sodium hydroxide as leaching agent for crude antimony trioxide, hydrochloric acid as leaching agent for residue from alkaline leaching process, sodium hydroxide as neutralization agent, tests resulted in a dearsenification rate up to 97. 92%, a lead-removal rate over 95%, antimony recovery of 97.96%. It is concluded that this technique process is characterized by short circuit, less variety of additives, simple operation, as well as lower cost, resulting in a better economic returns with zero-discharge of three types of wastes.
