胆闭通络方对幼鼠阻塞性黄疸免疫功能影响的研究

Effect of Danbitongluo Decoction on Immune Function of Obstructive Jaundice Rats

目的探讨胆闭通络方对幼鼠阻塞性黄疸免疫功能影响。方法将SD大鼠幼鼠分为3组,第1组为正常对照组,予生理盐水灌胃,第2组为模型组,采用2%ANIT及生理盐水灌胃,第3组为治疗组,在造模同时予胆闭通络方灌胃,每日1次,连续7d。以分光光度仪检测血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷丙转氨酶(AST)、碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(γ-GT)、血清总胆红素(TB)含量;ELISA法测定肝组织CD3、CD4、CD8、IL-2、IL-12含量。结果与模型组相比,治疗组血清TB、ALT、AST、AKP、r-GT降低(P<0.05);与对照组相比,模型组及治疗组肝内CD3、CD4、CD8、IL2、IL12细胞因子显著增高(P<0.05);与模型组相比,治疗组肝内CD3、CD4、CD8、IL2、IL12细胞因子降低(P<0.05),更接近空白对照组。结论胆闭通络方通过调节T细胞系相关因子可以抑制肝内胆管炎症,减缓肝脏进行性损伤。

Objective To investigate the effects of Danbitongluo decoction on immune function of obstructive jaundice rat pups. Meth- otis SD rat pups were divided into 3 groups, the first group was control group, treated with normal saline ,the second was model group, trea- ted with the 2% ANIT and normal saline, the third was the treatment group, treated with the 2% ANIT and Danbitongluo decoction, once a day,for 7days;the serum of ALT,AST,AKP,γ- GT,TB was determined by spectrophotometer;the content of CD3,CD4,CD8,IL -2,IL - 12 in liver was determined by ELISAo Results Compared with the model group,ALT,TB,AST, AKP, r - GT of treatment group was de- creased （P 〈 0.05 ） ;compared with the control group, model group and treatment group cytokines of CD3 ,CD4 ,CD8 ,IL2,IL12 in liver was significantly increased （P 〈 0.05 ） ; compared with the model group, the treatment group cytokines of CD3 ,CD4,CD8, IL2, ILl2 in liver de- creased （ P 〈 0.05 ）, closer to control group. Conclusion Danbitongluo decoction suppress ntrahepatic inflammation and slow down the liver injury by adjusting the T cell line related factors
