黄芪桂枝汤合捏脊疗法治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Huangqiguizhi Decoction Combined with Chiropractic Therapy on Children with Recurrent Respiratory Tract Infection

目的观察黄芪桂枝汤配合捏脊疗法治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法 108例反复呼吸道感染患儿随机分为两组,治疗组给予黄芪桂枝汤口服并配合捏脊疗法推拿;对照组给予抗感染、对症治疗。观察两组临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组发热次数、咳嗽天数、感染频次和病程均少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论黄芪桂枝汤配合捏脊疗法治疗反复呼吸道感染的临床疗效显著,副作用少。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Huangqiguizhi decoction combined with chiropractic therapy on children with re- current respiratory tract infection. Methods 180 children with recurrent respiratory tract infection were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group treated with Huangqiguizhi decoction combined with eChiropractie therapy and the control group treated by anti - infection and symptomatic treatment. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was higher than control group（ P 〈 O. 05 ） ; the frequency of fever , days of cough, frequency and duration of infection in treatment group were less than those of control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conelutio Huan- gqiguizhi decoction combined with chiropractic therapy on recurrent respiratory tract infeetion has remarkable effect and less side effects.
