甘草泻心汤加味配合西药治疗复发性口腔溃疡疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Gancaoxiexin Decoction Combined with Western Medicine in Treatment of Recurrent Oral Ulcer

目的观察甘草泻心汤加味配合西药治疗复发性口腔溃疡的临床疗效。方法 140例复发性口腔黏膜溃疡患者随机分为两组,对照组采用西咪替丁、维生素C、维生素B2和左旋咪唑综合治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用甘草泻心汤加味口服,观察两组临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率和口腔溃疡的愈合时间均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论甘草泻心汤加味配合西药治疗复发性口腔溃疡具有较好的疗效,口腔溃疡愈合时间明显缩短。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Gancaoxiexin decoction combined with western medicine in treatment of recurrent oral ulcer. Method 140 cases of recurrent oral ulcer were randomly devided into two groups. Control group were given vitamin C, vitamin B2 and vamisole. Treatment group were given Gancaoxiexin decoction based on the control group. The clinical effect was observed. Results The total effective rate and healing time in treatment group were obviously better than that of control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Gan- caoxiexin decoction combined with western medicine in treatment of recurrent oral ulcer has good effects and can shorten the healing time.
