摘要
目的应用光学相干断层扫描(OCT)检测并比较6-13岁远视眼和近视眼黄斑部视网膜厚度的变化。方法阿托品眼药散瞳后,应用美国OPTOVUE公司生产的RTVue100-2 OCT检测黄斑部视网膜全层、视网膜内三层和视网膜外七层厚度值。结果远视眼和近视眼黄斑部视网膜全层、内三层及外七层9个区域厚度值分别比较,各中心凹区(Fovea)厚度值无差异、近凹区(Parafovea)厚度值与中心窝周厚度值近视眼均小于远视眼,中心凹区厚度值最薄,近凹区(Parafovea)厚度值均大于中心窝周厚度值。结论 6-13岁远视眼和近视眼黄斑部视网膜厚度有差异。
Objective Using optical coherence tomography (OCT) to detect and compare the changes of macular thickness values of hyperopia and myopia in 6 - 13 year - old children of hyperopia and myopia. Methods After atropine eye drops mydriatie, applying OP- TOVUE RTVueI00 - 2 OCT imaging to detect the values of macular full retinal thickness and macular inner retinal thickness and macular out- er retinal thickness. Results Hyperopia and myopia with macular full retinal thickness, macular inner retinal thickness and macular outer retinal thickness values of 9 regional were respectively compared. Fovea has no different value of thickness in hyperopia and myopia. Themy- opia of parafovea thickness value and the perifovea thickness value were less than hyperopia. The thinnest place was in foveal area. The thick- ness values of parafovea was higher than the perifovea thickness values. Conclusion There have differences between hyperopia and myopia macular retinal thickness in children aged 6 - 13.
