摘要
通过对含铬铁水(0.5%~0.8%)冶炼过程中的炉渣进行化学成分、矿相、扫描电镜能谱和X-射线衍射综合分析;基于现场实际生产数据和炉渣形成过程,系统分析转炉,台炼含铬铁水的冶炼行为,确定了铬元素的氧化过程变化情况及终渣产物形态,为转炉冶炼时终渣成分控制和冶炼工艺改进提供一定的指导。
By means of comprehensive analysis of chemical composition, mineralography, SEM EDS and X-ray diffraction of smelting slag in the smelting process of chromium-containing molten iron (0.5% -0.8%); based on field actual production data and slag formation process, systematically analyze smelting behavior of chromium containing molten iron, and determine changes in the oxidation process of chromium and the final slag product form, in order to provide certain guidance for final slag composition control as well as smelting process improvement during smelting process of converter.
