摘要
芦岭选煤厂针对入浮煤泥中微细粒级含量大、灰分高而导致浮选精煤灰分偏高的问题,采用"2+2+2"型煤泥水处理流程对原煤泥处理工艺进行了改造,取得了浮选精煤灰分与水分降低、精煤产率提高、企业效益增加的效果。
Aiming at the problem of high ash content in flotation concentrate at Luling Coal Preparation Plant due to high content of high-ash fine slime, '2 + 2 + 2'coal slime flow-sheet employed in reforming the original process of slime treatment,thus,realized were reduction of both ash content and moisture in flotation concentrate,concentrate yield increased,and also performance of enterprise's benefit.
