摘要
分析了粉煤热解工程放大过程中含尘干馏气高温气固分离现状;指出了含尘干馏气特点及其对高温除尘设备的基本要求;分析了现有除尘技术应用在含尘干馏气高温在线除尘领域的可能性;通过分析和对比,认为两种或者几种高温除尘手段的有机组合,会成为未来粉煤热解工艺中含尘干馏气除尘的发展趋势。
The high temperature gas/solid separation status of the dusty retorting gas in the process of engineering scaling up of the low-temperature pyrolysis of pulverized coal was analyzed and the features of the dusty retorting gas and the basic requirement for high-temperature dedusting equipment were pointed out. The possibility of applying the existing dedusting technology in the high temperature on-line dedusting field of the dusty retorting gas was analyzed, and through analysis and comparison, it was known that the proper combination of two or more high temperature dedusting means will become an inexorable trend of the future dust removal of the dusty retorting gas in the low-temperature pyrolysis of pulverized coal.
