摘要 采用气相色谱仪对德国Lurgi MTP工艺的C4循环烃进行分析,并从MTP催化剂运行周期方向考察了循环烃的组分变化规律。分析结果表明,C4循环烃主要组分是烷烃,约占其总物质的量的57%,其余组分为烯烃和少量的甲醇、二甲醚;其中,各组分含量大小为:异丁烷>异丁烯>正丁烷>1-丁烯>反-2-丁烯。 The C4 recycle hydrocarbons of the Lurgi' s MTP process were analyzed by gas chromatography, and the changing rule of these components was investigated based on the catalyst running cycle. The findings proved that the main content of the C4 recycle hydrocarbons was alkane which was about 57% of the total, and the other contents were olefins, small amount of methanol, DME, etc.. The order of the components in volume could be summed up as follows: iso-butane 〉 iso- butene 〉 n-butane 〉 1-butene 〉 cis-2-butene.
