摘要
为解决焦化粗苯回收率低和洗油再生烟气污染等问题,采取了如下措施:改善煤气终冷系统冷却效果、提高脱苯单元脱苯效率、优化贫、富油输送系统、改变洗油再生器排渣方式并加装烟气洗涤装置等。结果表明,洗苯塔后煤气含苯量降低1.4 g/m3,粗苯产量增加0.099 t/h,每小时节约电量36 kWh。
In order to solve the problems of low crude benzene recovery rate and pollution from the flue gas of the wash oil regeneration system of the coking plant, some measures such as improving the cooling effect of the COG final cooling system, improving the efficiency of the benzene removal unit, optimizing the lean/fat oil delivery system, revamping the way for slag discharge, adding a flue gas cleaning device for the wash oil regenerator, etc. have been adopted. The operation after the revamping indicated that the benzene content in the coke oven gas after the benzene washing tower decreased 1.4 g/m3, the crude benzene yield increased 0.099 t/h, the electricity consumption decreased 36 kWh per hour.
