目前,N端B型脑钠肽原(NT-proBNP)广泛地应用于心功能不全的诊断及严重性的判断。越来越多的研究发现,在心房颤动人群中NT-proBNP亦有升高,且与心房颤动类型、心房颤动心室率、心房颤动复发等相关,因此NT-proBNP有应用于心房颤动病情评价及预后预测的可能性。该文从以上几个方面对目前NT-proBNP在心房颤动中的作用进行总结,以期为临床诊疗心房颤动提供帮助。

N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide is now widely used in the diagnosis of cardiac insufficiency,and a lot of researches discovered that in patients with atrial fibrillation,NT-proBNP also elevated even without cardiac insufficiency.Further more,it was also revealed that there was some relationship between NT-proBNP and the type,the ventricular rate,the relapse of atrial fibrillation,therefore NT-proBNP might be used for the evaluation and prognosis of atrial fibrillation.Here is to make a summary of the recent studies with regards to the above mentioned aspects,so as to illuminate provide help to the diagnosis and treatment of atrial fibrillation in clinical.
