摘要 腰椎间盘退变是一系列腰椎退行性疾病(腰椎间盘突出症、退变性腰椎滑脱及腰椎失稳等)的前提和病理基础,主要病理表现主要为髓核细胞的减少和细胞外基质的降解。基质金属蛋白酶(MMPs)的活性增高在椎间盘的退变过程中起着关键作用,该文就MMPs的生物学特性,在退变椎间盘中的表达及细胞因子对MMPs的调节予以综述。 Lumbar intervertebral disc degeneration is the premise and pathological basis of a series of lumbar degenerative diseases (lumbar intervertebral disc herniation,degenerative lumbar spondylosisthesis and lumbar spinal instability,etc.),the main pathological feature is nucleus pulposus cells decrease and extracellularmatrix degeneration.The activity increase of matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs) plays a pivotal role in the process of the lumbar intervertebral disc dengeneration.Here is to make a review of the biological characteristics of MMPs,its expression in degenerative lumbar intervertebral disc as well as cytokines on the regulation of MMPs.
