功能性消化不良(PD)是一类临床常见的消化疾病,伴有一系列消化道症状,严重影响患者生活质量。其病因及发病机制涉及多种因素,但尚未完全阐明。根据目前已报道的研究热点,对涉及到的抗PD的治疗靶点进行分析总结,为其作用机制的进一步阐明提供研究支持;同时,为新药研究提供理论指导,有利于研发新的抗PD药物。

Functional dyspepsia （FD） is a common kind of disease of digestive system,accompanied with a series of gastrointestinal symptoms,which seriously affects the life quality of the patients.Its etiology and pathogenesis involve a variety of factors yet have not been fully clarified.Here is to make a review of the related anti-FD therapeutic targets according to the reported research hotspots,so as to provide research support for further clarification of its mechanism as well as theoretical guidance for new anti-FD drug research.
