摘要 众所周知,癌基因、抑癌基因以及信号转导通路在细胞癌变中起重要作用。Wnt/β-catenin信号转导通路是一个十分保守的信号通路,其靶基因c-myc、cylinD1等与细胞增殖、凋亡调控有关。研究发现,原癌基因FRAT1是Wnt/β-catenin信号通路的正向调节因子,其异常表达与人类多种疾病密切相关。目前研究证实FRAT1的表达与人类多种肿瘤的恶性程度、临床分期及预后相关,研究FRAT1与肿瘤的相关性有望为肿瘤的早期诊断及治疗提供新的潜在靶点。 As is known,oncogenes,anti-oncogene and the signal transduction pathway play important roles in the mechanisms of cell carcinogenesis.Wnt/β-catenin pathway is a highly conserved signal transduction pathway and its target genes are involved in cell proliferation and apoptosis,such as c-myc,cylinDl.FRAT1 has been identified as a positive regulator of the Wnt/β-catenin pathway,and its abnormal expression is closely relatedto human diseases.Meanwhile the present study has confirmed that,FRAT1 expression is associated to human tumor malignant degree,clinical stage and prognosis.Therefore,study on the relationship between FRAT1 and tumor helps to provide a new potential target for early diagnosis and treatment of tumors.
