摘要
25％～75％的系统性红斑狼疮患者中存在中枢神经系统受累,尤其是脑,可产生各种神经精神症状,称之为神经精神性红斑狼疮（NPSLE）.近年来,随着磁共振成像（MRI）技术的不断发展,尤其是各种功能性MRI技术的发展,MRI对NPSLE的诊断、治疗及随访过程中对病情的监测具有重要价值.该文就MRI对NPSLE的诊断及进展予以综述.
About 25％-75 ％ of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus （SLE） suffer from central nervous system lesions,especially brains,which could result in neuropsychiatric symptoms,this is so called neuropsychiatric systemic lupus erythematosus（NPSLE）.With the rapid development of MRI（magnatic resonance imaging） technology in recent years,especially various functional MRI,it has played an important role in the diagnosis and treatment of NPSLE and can provide useful information in follow-up visit.Here is to make a review of MRI diagnosis of NPSLE and its progress.
