小腿带蒂穿支皮瓣的临床应用进展

摘要 穿支皮瓣是显微外科皮瓣移植的新发展,符合组织移植"受区修复重建好,供区破坏损失小"的原则,既满足了患者的美观要求,也有利于受区进行功能锻炼,穿支皮瓣符合当代组织移植发展的需要。根据对小腿穿支血管的解剖研究获得了该部位穿支血管的解剖数据,为临床设计小腿带蒂穿支皮瓣提供解剖学依据,使小腿带蒂穿支皮瓣对小腿及足部软组织缺损收到满意的效果。该文就常见小腿穿支皮瓣的解剖和临床应用予以综述。 Perforator flap,which comply with the principle of tissue transplantation that to make the recipient site as complete as possible and to bring the donor site as few damage as possible,is a new technology of microsurgical flaps transplantation.It not only meets the aesthetic requirements of the patients,but also favorable for functional exercise,thus,it meets the needs of the development of contemporary tissue transplantation.Anatomic study on the perforator vein of low leg could provide anatomic basis for clinical application and design of perforators flap,so as to bring satisfactory outcome to the treatment for defect of lower leg and foot soft tissues defect using lower leg pedicled perforator flaps.Here is to make a review of the anatomy and clinical application of common perforator flap of lower leg.
