改良悬雍垂腭咽成形术治疗OSAHS合并高血压疗效观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察改良悬雍垂腭咽成形术(UPPP)治疗睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)合并高血压患者的临床疗效,及其对血清血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和一氧化氮(NO)的影响。方法选取OSAHS合并高血压患者23例,均行改良UPPP,术前和术后1个月分别行动态血压监测,同时检测血清VEGF、NO。结果与术前比较,术后1个月患者BMI、呼吸紊乱指数(AHI)降低,最低和最高SpO2升高,P均<0.05;24 h收缩压、24 h舒张压、夜间收缩压、白天舒张压、夜间舒张压、晨起收缩压、晨起舒张压明显降低,P均<0.05;术后1个月患者血清VEGF降低、NO升高,P均<0.05。结论改良UPPP可明显改善通气,降低患者血压,尤其是夜间血压,且血清VEGF明显下降、NO显著上升。
