This paper describes the setting and adjustment procedure for both the Rexroth A11 V DRS pump and the Danfoss PVG32 proportional multi-way valve, and the principle of the operation of the pump and the control valve. It is intended to give mechanics a better understanding of the importance of the various adjustments and their effect on the system. A trouble shooting guide is also included at the end of this paper.
