空调行业是我国发展较早、技术较成熟的行业之一。文章从空调企业的技术创新与专利保护之间的关系入手,分析了空调企业的技术创新特点,研究了研发部门及生产部门在技术创新中的不同特点。在此基础上,探讨了专利保护策略的选择问题,并提出了核心专利保护中需要注意的方面。

Air conditioning industry is one of China＇s early development, technology is relatively mature industry.From the relationship between technology innovation and patent protection of air conditioning enterprise,analyzes the characteristics of technological innovation of enterprises of different air conditioning, to study the characteristics of R＆D and production departments in technology innovation. On this basis, we discuss how to choose the strategy of patent protection, and put forward the need to pay attention to the core aspects of patent protection.
