技术合同认定登记情况充分反映了区域技术要素流动情况,是技术市场的"晴雨表"。文章总结了有关技术合同的各种奖励和优惠政策,在分析湖南省技术合同认定登记的现状及主要原因的基础上,提出了对策。
Technology contract registration situation fully reflects the situation of regional factor mobility technical,market is the＂barometer＂ of technology.This paper summarizes the relevant technical contract incentives and preferential policies,based on the analysis of Hunan province technology contract registration status and the main reasons, and puts forward some countermeasures.
