摘要
文章在分析长沙地区雾霾治理存在问题的基础上,提出了长沙地区雾霾治理的应对措施,即完善雾霾防治法律法规及规章,加强环境执法力度,加大环境违法成本,完善治理区域协作法律机制,依法推进大气污染物减排,加强公众参与,保障公众环境权益,以及完善组织领导和考核机制等。
Based on the analysis of haze governance Changsha area on the existing problems,puts forward countermeasures haze governance Changsha area, namely perfect haze prevention legal laws and regulations,strengthen environmental law enforcement, increase environmental illegal cost, improve the governance of regional cooperation to promote legal mechanism, in accordance with the law of atmospheric pollutant emission reduction, strengthen the public participation, protect the public environmental rights and interests and improve the leadership, organization and evaluation mechanisms.
